Booking & Pricing

How do I book a service?

Fixed-rate transfers (MCO airport and Port Canaveral cruise) can be booked instantly on our Booking page with immediate confirmation via Stripe. All other services: hourly private driver, experiential packages, city-to-city, weddings, corporate, and custom requests are booked through a quote request. We respond within 24 hours with availability and a detailed price.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible for guaranteed availability. For standard transfers, at least 48 hours is recommended. For weekends, holidays, major events, and experiential packages, a week or more is ideal. For weddings, 3 to 6 months in advance is recommended. For last minute needs, contact us directly; we accommodate what we can.

Is pricing a flat rate or does it vary?

Fixed-rate services (MCO airport transfers and Port Canaveral cruise transfers) are flat rates with no variables. Hourly services are priced by the hour with a minimum booking window. Experiential packages, day escapes, and city-to-city routes are quoted as flat rates based on your specific booking. All pricing is confirmed before any payment is taken.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price we quote is the price you pay for the service. Add-ons (champagne service, celebration décor, additional hours) are priced separately and clearly. Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included and is separate; 15 to 20% is customary.

Do you offer round-trip pricing?

Yes. For transfers and city-to-city routes, include your return details when requesting a quote and we will price both legs together.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe for instant-book transfers. Quote-based bookings are also processed through Stripe upon confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Contact us directly for current cancellation and rescheduling terms. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and aim to be as accommodating as possible given reasonable notice.

The Vehicle

What vehicle do you use?

We operate a single Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van. It seats up to 13 passengers, includes generous luggage capacity, dual-zone climate control, USB charging throughout, a premium lighting and sound system, and dual smart TVs. It is cleaned and inspected before every booking.

Why do you only operate one vehicle?

By design. Operating one vehicle means we maintain it at an exceptionally high standard, our chauffeurs know it inside and out, and every client experiences the same quality regardless of when they book. It is the same principle behind a restaurant that does one thing exceptionally well rather than a dozen things adequately.

How many passengers does the Sprinter Van hold?

Up to 13 passengers comfortably. If your group is larger, contact us to discuss options.

How much luggage can the van accommodate?

The Sprinter Van has substantial cargo capacity and is well-suited for groups with full-size luggage, cruise baggage, or event supplies. If your group is traveling with an unusually large amount of luggage or oversized items, let us know when requesting a quote so we can confirm fit.

Is the vehicle accessible for passengers with mobility needs?

Please contact us when booking so we can discuss your group's specific needs and confirm the right arrangement.

What amenities does the vehicle include?

The Service

Is your service completely private?

Yes, always. Your group has the vehicle entirely to themselves for the full booking. There are no shared rides, no other passengers, and no unplanned stops.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and background-checked?

Yes. Every chauffeur is licensed, insured, and background-checked. They arrive in professional attire, punctually, and are focused on making your booking run smoothly.

Do you operate 24/7?

Yes. Early morning departures, late night arrivals, and overnight bookings are all accommodated.

Do you track flights?

Yes. For airport transfers, we monitor your flight in real time from the moment your booking is confirmed. Delays, early arrivals, and gate changes are all accounted for automatically. You do not need to contact us unless your plans change entirely.

Can you accommodate multi-stop itineraries?

Yes. Most service types support multiple stops — executive transfers, private driver bookings, experiential packages, and city-to-city routes all accommodate planned stops. Let us know your itinerary when requesting a quote.

What happens if my event or flight runs late?

We build flexibility into every booking and stay in contact with your group or coordinator. For airport transfers, flight tracking handles this automatically. For events and weddings, we coordinate directly with your point of contact and adjust as needed.

Do you work with wedding planners and event coordinators?

Yes. We are happy to coordinate directly with your planner, venue coordinator, or event manager to align on timing and logistics.

What areas do you serve?

Our primary service area covers the greater Orlando metro and Central Florida, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Volusia, Polk, and Brevard counties. We also serve long-distance routes to airports, cruise ports, and cities across Florida.

Which airports do you serve?

Orlando International (MCO) and Orlando Sanford International (SFB) are our primary airports with fixed flat-rate transfers. We also serve Tampa International (TPA), Miami International (MIA), and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) at custom rates for city-to-city bookings.

Which cruise ports do you serve?

Port Canaveral is our primary cruise port with a fixed flat-rate transfer. We also serve Port Tampa Bay, Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale), and Port of Miami at custom rates.

Do you serve destinations outside of Central Florida?

Yes. We provide city-to-city transportation across Florida, including Orlando to Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota, Naples, Gainesville, Ocala, and more. If your destination is in Florida and not listed, contact us.

My pickup location isn't listed on your site, do you still serve it?

Probably. Our listed areas are not exhaustive. Contact us with your specific location and we will confirm whether we can accommodate it.

Specific Services

What is the difference between Private Chauffeur and your other services?

Private Chauffeur is our hourly booking service, you book the vehicle and driver for a block of time and the itinerary is entirely yours. All other services are either fixed-route transfers (airport, cruise port), structured experiences (celebration packages, curated tours, day escapes), or purpose-specific bookings (wedding, funeral, executive, city-to-city). If your day involves multiple destinations and a flexible schedule, Private Chauffeur is likely the right fit.

What is included in a Celebration Experience?

Birthday VIP, Bachelor or Bachelorette, and Special Occasion packages all include concierge itinerary planning, celebration décor setup, champagne service, premium lighting and sound, dual smart TVs, and unlimited stops within the booked time window.

What is included in a Curated Experience?

City Highlights Tour, Happy Hour Bar Crawl, and Sunday Funday are fixed-itinerary experiences. Each includes a professional chauffeur, luxury Sprinter Van, curated route, premium lighting and sound, and dual smart TVs. Sunday Funday also includes champagne service.

What is a Luxury Day Escape?

Full-day private transportation from Orlando to a Florida destination — Miami and Fort Lauderdale (12 hours, $1,800), Tampa and Clearwater (12 hours, $1,500), or a Beach Day (8 hours, $950). Each includes concierge itinerary planning, multiple stops, and the full Sprinter Van amenity suite.

Do you handle recurring corporate transportation accounts?

Yes. If your company has regular or recurring transportation needs, contact us to discuss a standing arrangement.

Can I book the van for a multi-day engagement?

Yes. Multi-day bookings for visiting executives, extended corporate events, or film and media productions are available. Contact us to discuss the arrangement.

Gratuity & Policies

Is gratuity included in the price?

No. Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in any listed price. A gratuity of 15 to 20% is customary and greatly appreciated for excellent service.

Are your prices all-inclusive?

The quoted price covers the service as described. Add-ons (champagne service at $100, celebration décor at $150, additional hours at $125 weekday / $150 weekend) are priced separately and clearly disclosed before booking. Gratuity is separate. There are no hidden fees.
